Prayagraj is also known for the historic Anand Bhavan, the ancestral home of the Nehru-Gandhi family. Agra: Home to the iconic Taj Mahal, Agra was once the capital of the Mughal Empire and is renowned for its architectural gems from that period. Apart from the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri are other UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the city, showcasing the grandeur of Mughal architecture.
